**Terms & Conditions for Holistic Life Coaching Services**

**1. Introduction**

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the holistic life coaching services provided by Your Future You Now, operated by Irismar Lawrence ("Coach," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these terms.

**2. Services**

Our holistic life coaching services are designed to support and guide clients in achieving personal and professional growth, wellness, and balance. Services include, but are not limited to, personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and wellness programs as described on our website.

**3. Coaching Relationship**

- **Coach’s Role:** As your coach, we provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you achieve your goals. We do not provide therapy, medical, or psychological services. Our role is to facilitate your personal development and well-being.

- **Client’s Role:** You agree to actively participate in the coaching process, complete any assignments, and communicate openly and honestly.

**4. Confidentiality**

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. We will not disclose any information without your express consent unless required by law.

**5. Payment Terms**

- **Fees:** Coaching fees may be detailed on our website and are subject to change. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

- **Payment Methods:** We accept many payment methods which may change time to time.

- **Late Payments:** Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

**6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**

- **Client Cancellations:** If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

- **Coach Cancellations:** If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates and times.

**7. Refund Policy**

All coaching fees are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue coaching, any unused sessions may be credited towards future services at our discretion.

**8. Termination**

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. If termination is initiated by the client, any outstanding fees for services already provided will be due immediately.

**9. Limitation of Liability**

Our coaching services are intended to support your personal growth and development. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

**10. Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

**11. Changes to Terms & Conditions**

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

**12. Governing Law**

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
